Sorry that I have not been about for a while but I have been without a pc for a while my motherboard pack up but I am now back of a sort just waiting to get a new power supply so i got to run the onboard graphics for a while but the only plus is that this new mobo runs all in Hi Def on video and the onboard gpu runs a 500 mhz so i will give it a go on cod 4 and see what happens anyway see ya all soon on game with any luck lol

with any luck the power adapter for my graphic card will be here tomorrow I did have one but chucked it out as I did not need it at the time, always the bloody way lol

What graphics card are you running and is it one of those pci-e to molex things

its one of those pci-e to molex it would not be a problem as my hyper psu has a dedicated pci-e connection but it wont fit in the case I am using as for my g card its a xfx nvidia 7900 GTE .

I am looking to upgrade it to the nvidia 9600 gt very soon as well as my CPU I may go Intel as a change from AMD but I will have to wait until
next year, I did have some of the upgrades mobo, gcard and CPU but the mobo and gcard where low end versions and could not handle the though put and the CPU was second hand and just did not seem to perform as well as the CPU I already had, so as you can imagine how pissed off I was at the time.

I do we have to match pairs and serial numbers when we build a gaming rig and if you can stretch your funds get a 9800 they are far superior to the 9600 range with more proccessors and better band with they will future proof your pc also intel are the best at over clocking but amd are much more stable

Must admit a 9800 would be the way to go so I may get that first and leave the other bits for a while , I wont be doing anything until the new
year any way.

I agree with you on the AMD / Intel as in the stability and overclocking and at the end of the day I got awhile to think about which way I want to go and lets see what happens next year, lets face it now AMD and ATI have joined up would that be the way to go and if I went Intel go with
the nvidia card, anyway like I said before it wont be until next year any way.

No problem Tony its my thing i do it all day everyday now to cod 4 are you playing at all if so what server and when as i played a bit last few days but getting slaughtered and losing any hope as its a hopping paradise that coupled with the children on most servers getting a bit bored so if you frequent a server maybe get you me and some others on it as it would be fun

How comes your xfire not work 4 you on vista? its all worked fine 4 me since ive been running vista ultimate 32bit. for about 1 year now with out any problems. weird also any of you know any one who wants to buy a socket am2. amd x2 5000+ 2.6ghz dual core cpu. i have one 4 sale as ive just brought my self a new phenom agena quad core cpu. so i no longer need the x2 5000+ cpu.

I hvae 64 bit Vista and xfire is infact spyware as it scans your pc for relevant games and my system rejects it also this amd what sort of price

Im just waiting for my new cpu delivery now so im open to offers.

Hi all I am still alive and kicking and still got problems with my graphics so I am going to give up on it for awhile and save up my
pennies for a while and BROOT and SILVA I got some shocking news for you I've gone tea total, Shit guys I must be in hell cant game and no booze and for good mesure I've packed in smoking as well someone come and shoot me please lol.

Take it easy guys and I may even dig out my old set up it will play cod 4 and if I am on you will know its me as I will have the reaction time of

Best you you say what server as you know which ones are good. weekends are best as i am a pen pusher

well i play {MBC}servers cos im a member u could find them in the list theres 3 of em
dont bother with paintball i dont like that 1
theres a bit of downloading to do but if ya conections ok it dont take 2 long
if you have 1 in mind i ll join you am sure silva will too as he keeps getting kicked of our server for been a cross dresser
